Danger, Inc. continues expansion, receives industry recognition

Danger opens Atlanta-area engineering center and is recognized as industry leader with selection to the OnHollywood 100 list of top private companies

Palo Alto, CA — March 22, 2006 — Danger, Inc., a mobile Internet software and services company, today announced that it has opened a new engineering center in Duluth, Georgia. Drawing upon a base of engineering talent in the region, Danger has opened the office to help the company achieve its goals for growth and continue its overall success in the mobile industry.

"Danger has struck a chord in the consumer market with its intuitive mobile Internet experience," said Hank Nothhaft, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Danger's goal is to continue our heritage of innovation, while meeting the demand for new products and services."

The new center gives Danger the opportunity to recruit local engineering talent that has amassed years of unique experience developing mobile services for leading wireless carriers and mobile device makers. Danger is currently developing next generation mobile software that will bring enhanced services to the wireless industry.

In addition, last week, Danger was named by OnHollywood as one of the Top 100 Private Company award winners. The OnHollywood 100 is a power list of the top private digital media and entertainment companies. The winners were selected from more than 1,000 companies that were peer-nominated by leading venture capitalists, investment bankers and industry analysts.

Danger has gained a passionate following for its products because of the companyÕs innovative approach to bringing the mobile Internet to consumers with style and ease. The superb end-user experience is made possible by Danger's mobile Internet platform, the software and services infrastructure behind Danger-powered devices.

Danger's client/server platform enables an "always-on" connection, continuously synchronizing, backing-up and managing the secure transmission of data between the network and the device. For an end-user this means an optimized Web browsing experience, push email, enhanced instant messaging capabilities and access to a Web-based, online account to manage all of his or her data from a desktop computer. In addition, with Danger's unique device operating system, all these applications run in unison and interact with each other, allowing users to surf the Web while chatting with friends on instant messenger, or quickly send photos via email with the click of a button.

Danger, Inc. currently works with mobile operators throughout North America and Europe. If you are interested in Danger products and services, please visit this link for further information: www.danger.com/operator/operator.php.
